Sue Smitherman, 92, of Hueytown, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018.
Betty was a member of Hunter Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents A.F. “Pete” Smitherman, and Clyde Arthur Smitherman. She is survived by her daughter Diane Mowery; granddaughter Becky King; and great granddaughter Heather Michelle Hatch (William).
The visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Monday, April 16, 2018, at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM at the Funeral home. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
