Billie Louise Wilson Grimes
Smitherman, 55, of Stamford, passed away on Monday, March 2, 1981 in
Stamford. Funeral services were held Friday, March 6, 1981 at the
Foursquare Church in Stamford with Rev. John Waldren officiating.
Burial followed in the New Hope Cemetery under the direction of
Stamford Funeral Home of Stamford. Billie was born in Stamford on June
6, 1925 to Joe and Millie Canzada Carmon Wilson, who preceded her in
death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Smitherman, in
1979. She is survived by two brothers, John Albert (A.J.) and his wife,
Edna Clark Wilson, of Cisco, and Loyd Everett and his wife, Jerry Sue
Ard Wilson, of Stamford; Nephews, Blevin Leon Wilson and Tommy Ray
Wilson of Stamford, Arlin Joe Wilson of Cisco, and niece, Janet Ann
Wilson Collins of Olden Texas.
