CENTREVILLE - Funeral services
for Herdman Smitherman, 41, of Randolph will be held today at 2 p.m. at
the Shady Grove Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery
with Jack Lee Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Smitherman died Friday in a Selma hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Florence Smitherman, two sons, Eddie and Donald Smitherman; a daughter, Winnie Smitherman; his father, William Smitherman; five brothers, Cleve, Pelham, Oscar, Houston and Albert Smitherman, four sisters, Mrs. Margie Smitherman, Mrs Eloise Scott, Mrs Gladys Holcomb and Mrs. Jewel Holcomb.
