Funeral services for Judy Dianne Bozarth Smitherman, 33, of Flynn, Texas and formerly of Conroe will be held Monday, Feb. 26, 1996, at 2 p.m. in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Pastor Rick Fowlkes officiating.

Interment to follow in Garden Park Cemetery with Cashner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  

Judy was born Nov. 30, 1962, in LaMarque, Texas and passed away Feb. 24, 1996, in Flynn, Texas.

She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church and was a Rainbow Girl as a teenager.  Judy was a gifted artist and very avid gardener.

Judy was preceded in death by her father, Charles E Bozarth.

Survivors:  husband, Larry Smitherman of Conroe; daughters, Courtney Jane Smitherman and Lindsey Dianne Smitherman, both of Conroe; mother and dad, Jane and Billy G Edwards of Flynn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jana and Terry Lea of Conroe and Belinda and Terry Fitch of Conroe; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bryan and Deborah Bozarth of Conroe, Mel and Charlotte Edwards of Waco and Zachary and Cathy Edwards of Port Angeles, Wash.; grandparents, W.B. and Alice McLendon of Spring, C.D. and Myrtle Bozarth of Ashdown, Ark.

Judy is also survived by five nieces, nine nephews and numerous loving aunts, uncles and other relatives.  Family will receive friends tonight from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
