GULFPORT – Karen Rene Smitherman
Kyle, 40, formerly of Pontotoc, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, at
Gulfport Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born Dec. 7,
1965, in Pontotoc County. She was a Baptist. She was disabled.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Baldwin, Nowell & Clark Funeral Home Chapel in Pontotoc with Bro. Danny Rushing officiating. Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Gardens in Pontotoc.
Survivors include two brothers, Ronald Ross Smitherman of Verona and Jeffrey Smitherman of Ruleville; one nephew, Ronald Ross Smitherman Jr. of Verona.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Ross Smitherman and Annie Mae Reeves Smitherman.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
