Mrs. Lottie Smitherman
Wilkerson, 78, of 2500 Chesterfield Avenue died Saturday, June 3, 1978.
She was born September 23, 1899 in Elkin, N.C., daughter of the
late John Smitherman and Sarah Ann Smitherman.
She was a member of the First United Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Monday, June 5, 1978 at the Harry and Bryant Chapel in the Oaks conducted by the Rev. J. Wendell Ligon, of Carmel Presbyterian Church. Burial will be 3:30 p.m. in Greenhill Cemetery in Greensboro, N.C.
She is survived by her son, Forrest R. Wilkerson, Jr., of Charlotte and two grandchildren, Reid and Mac Wilkerson, of Charlotte.
