Mary Eileen (richards) humphrey smitherman
Mary Eileen Smitherman, age 89,
of Hilliard, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015. Retired from Big Bear
grocery store. Member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and attended St.
Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church. Survived by daughters Ruth Ann
Humphrey, SCN and Diane (Marty) Westfall, sons Birney (Janet) Humphrey
and Joe (Bette) Humphrey, grandchildren Judson, Heidi, Cyndi and Brock,
several great grandchildren and a host of friends. Family will receive
friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich
St., Hilliard, OH 43026. A prayer service will be held Tuesday evening
at the funeral home. Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday
10:30 am at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church, 4475Dublin Rd.,
Hilliard, OH 43026. Interment Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice. The
family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Mill Run
Gardens and Care Center.
