Thomasine (smitherman) johnson
Thomas Johnson, 72, of Clanton
died Friday, Oct. 15, 2010 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in
Alabaster. She was born on Friday, April 1, 1938, in Chilton County,
daughter of the late Earl Guy Smitherman and the late Nell Cox
Smitherman. She was a retired school bus driver.
Surviving are her husband, Paul E. Johnson of Clanton; son, Greg (Laurie) Marcus of Thorsby; daughter, Tam Patrick of Birmingham; granddaughter, Kylee Patrick of Birmingham; 2 sisters, Melba (Richard) malboeuf of Alabaster and Edna Litton of Mobile; 2 sister-in-law, Lois Ferguson of Clanton and Mary Davis of Clanton; nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Billingsley and Rev. Jack Drinkwater officiating. Interment will follow in Montevallo City Cemetery in Montevallo.
