Timothy “TJ” Joel Smitherman,
46, Chattanooga, died Friday, August 9, 2013 at a local hospital.
Timothy was of the Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by father
Robert Lavoy Smitherman, nephew, Nathan Ray Nichols, grandparents, Bud
and Bertie Mae Hullender & W.T. & Mary Jo Smitherman.
Survivors are mother, Rachael Capehart (William Gillis) Harold, brothers; Ernest (Martina) Ray Nichols, Ringgold, Charles Dean Nichols, Ringgold, and nephews Joshua Adam Nichols, Ringgold and Cory Ray Nichols, Ringgold and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Tuesday, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Combs officiating. Interment will be in Anderson.
