Mr. Timothy Lee Hutchens, 61,
passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 at his home. Mr. Hutchens was
born October 16, 1952 in Surry County to the late Harold and Grace
Smitherman Hutchens. He retired from Yadkin County law enforcement with
over 28 years of service. Mr. Hutchens was a motorcycle enthusiast and
he enjoyed fishing.
Mr. Hutchens is survived by one daughter, Beth Hutchens (Sara Vestal); two brothers, Terry (Marie) Hutchens and Danny (Jo Ann) Hutchens; two granddaughters, Megan and Kelli Vestal; and a nephew, Justin Hutchens.
A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 6:30PM at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville with Raymond Swaim conducting the service. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:30PM at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Winston Salem, 3175 Maplewood Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
