Carolyn
Elizabeth Smitherman, age 85, of Centreville, Alabama entered into rest
on Thursday December 5, 2019. Carolyn was born September 29, 1934. She is survived by her sons, Mack Allen Smitherman, Sr.(Faye), James Albert "Pete" Smitherman and Randall Scott Smitherman(Rose); daughter, Carol Dianne Crocker(Steve); brother, Hobson Allen McKinney; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Mack Franklin "Buddy" Smitherman; parents, James Hobson and Bertha Mae McKinney; brother, Curtis Albert McKinney and sister, Mary Louise McKinney.
A visitation for Carolyn will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home, 805 Birmingham Rd, Centreville, Alabama 35042. A funeral service will occur Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM, 805 Birmingham Rd, Centreville, Alabama 35042.
