Visitation: The family will receive friends after 4 PM on Tuesday, April 15th in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 16th at 3 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Randall officiating.
Interment: Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
Mike B. Kelsay was born December 28th, 1948 in the Sunnybrook Community of Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Sunday, April 13th, 2003, reaching the age of 54 years.
He was united in marriage to Sherry Smitherman Kelsay, and to this union two children were born.
He is survived by his wife Sherry, and two daughters-Brandy Kelsay Bell and Brittany Simpson. He is survived by four grandchildren-Harlee Weston, Wyatt Bell, Stetson Simpson and Carson Simpson.
He is also survived by one brother-Tom Kelsay of Albany, and four sisters-Eva, Lillie, Mary and Virgie, all of Monticello, KY, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He served his country bravely as a member of the United States Marine Corp. He was a former Wayne County Constable.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
