Miss Telia Smitherman, 82, Route
1, Killen, died Wednesday at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital, Florence,
after a brief illness.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Hickory Flat Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. H.C. Killen and Lloyd Jones officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, Loretto Memorial Chapel, Loretto, Tenn., directing.
The body will be at the funeral home until one hour before the service.
Survivors include sisters, Miss Bessie Smitherman, Miss Lillie Smitherman, Miss Tessie Smitherman, Mrs. Jesse McGee, all of Killen; brothers, Ben Smitherman, Henry Smitherman, both of Killen; nieces and nephews.
Bearers will be Charles Collier, David Hines, Steve Oliver, Gerald Smitherman, Randy Smitherman and Johnny Snoddy.
